Backes Ingenieurbüro GmbH turns existing data into a robust picture of plant behavior. We combine multidimensional analyses and digital models with process-engineering expertise and automation experience.
Our work starts with real constraints: existing sensors, PLC and control systems, changing load cases, defined safety limits and the knowledge of the operators. The result must not only be analytically convincing, but robust in everyday plant operation.

With three patent applications, we underline our ambition to independently advance industrial control and process concepts. The methods address gas-fired industrial furnaces, digestion plants and backwashable or regenerable filter and pump systems.
